Terms of service

These terms govern your use of Vanerra, operated by Vanerra.

The service

Vanerra analyzes businesses and lets you activate AI systems that act on your behalf through accounts you connect. You choose each system's mode, permissions and escalation rules, and you are responsible for the configuration you approve and for messages sent from your accounts.

Estimates

Analyses, scores and time estimates are informational. Findings labelled “Likely” or “Verify” are not facts about your business. We do not guarantee revenue, savings or outcomes.

Acceptable use

You may not use the service for unsolicited bulk messaging, to contact people who have opted out, or in violation of anti-spam, privacy or consumer-protection laws. AI systems only message people who contacted you or are your existing customers or leads.

Subscriptions

AI systems are billed monthly through Stripe until cancelled. Optional one-time setup fees are shown before checkout. Cancel or pause at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period.

Availability

We work to keep the service reliable but cannot guarantee uninterrupted operation, including of third-party services such as Google, Stripe or our AI provider.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees you paid in the three months before a claim.
