Privacy policy

Operated by Vanerra. This page describes what we collect, why, and the choices you have.

Website analysis

When you analyze a website we fetch a small number of its public pages. We never log in, submit forms or access private areas. We store the detected signals, your questionnaire answers and the resulting analysis in your workspace.

Accounts

We store your email address and authentication details through our authentication provider (Supabase) to secure your workspace.

Google data (Gmail and Google Calendar)

• What we access: with your permission, Gmail (read and send) and Google Calendar (free/busy, and events on calendars you own).
• Deep audit: read-only. We read message headers and Gmail's short preview snippet for a period you choose, compute timing metrics on our servers, and store only aggregate numbers and short findings — not message content.
• AI systems you activate: read new customer emails relevant to that system, send replies from your address, check free/busy and create the appointments they book. Message text needed to reply is processed by our AI provider (Anthropic) under terms that do not allow it to train on your data.
• Security: OAuth credentials are encrypted at rest (AES-256-GCM), only used server-side, and deleted when you disconnect. Disconnecting also revokes our access at Google.

Limited Use disclosure. Vanerra's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We do not sell Google user data, use it for advertising, or allow humans to read it except with your explicit consent, for security purposes, or as required by law.

Leads and customers

Leads you send us through website forms or email are stored in your workspace so your AI systems can respond and so you can see their history. Anyone who asks not to be contacted is marked do-not-contact and is never messaged again.

Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your card details.

Retention and deletion

You can disconnect integrations at any time. To delete your workspace and its data, contact us; we complete deletion within 30 days.
